This look is self-drafted. It has a simple stretch top with a peplum attached to this tan canvas remnant that I purchased. I did not make the shrug. Overall, this look had cost about $5 in materials. Yes! In the future, I will add a kick pleat in the skirt. I could barely get up my 3 flights of stairs at my apartment complex. Penguin waddle for sure! Lol, but it is a cute outfit.

I once had a pencil skirt that would not allow me to climb into my husband’s truck – he had to give me a “boost” to get in! Your penguin waddle reminded me of that! Very funny!
